1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Device Screenshot Studio ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. What the app does
The app lets you place a screenshot into a stylized, on-device 3D mockup of a phone, tablet, or watch frame, and export the result as an image. It runs locally on your device and does not require an account.
3. Your content
Any screenshot or image you place into a mockup remains yours. We claim no ownership over it, and — because the app processes images locally — we never receive a copy of it in the first place. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use any image you import, including screenshots that contain someone else's copyrighted or trademarked material.
4. Device frames are not real products
The device frames included in the app are stylized, generic representations built from public dimensions. They are not exact replicas of any real device, and the app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any other device manufacturer. Product names, logos, and trademarks referenced or resembled belong to their respective owners.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app to create mockups intended to deceive people about a product's authenticity, source, or endorsement;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app outside of the official App Store or Google Play listing;
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
6. Purchases and ads
The app offers a premium purchase, handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play billing and managed through RevenueCat, under their own terms. The app also shows rewarded ads served by Google AdMob, under its own terms. Refunds are handled by the relevant app store, not by us directly.
7. No warranty
The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
